today is Monday October 16th...
so, the weekend went by pretty fast (too fast...)
we were going to have a garage sale on Saturday, but it was raining (yeah) ...Zoe and her Daddy went to an Indian pow wow...
we had the garage sale on Sunday, and so did Mark's mom...so, it was cute Mark and Zoe talking to each other from across the street...
then, later that evening it was Uncle Chris' birthday, and they came with Sian and her and Zoe made the cake for his birthday...although I think they got more on themselves than on the cake...Zoe put candy on top in the shape of a rainbow...the kids had a good time...Sian since she loves Elmo so much, now sings Sunny Days (but those are the only 2 words she knows to it...) we have forgotten so much of when Zoe was little, so everything Sian says is cute...
so, this morning I was not real sure about walking, but I had promised the other Zoe's mom. so off we go...Karen had said could she send her 2 with me, so she would not have to wake the baby, but her husband is off on Monday's, so she walked with us also...it was cute for both Zoe's to hold hands the whole way to school, and the other one's mom kept commenting on how so alike they are...they both love bugs, and leaves and stones, etc...I said we need to take a pic of them and send to her husband in Afghanistan...
Zoe gets right in line with no problem but, as she gets about gets in the door, she leaves line to give me a hug...Mark was behind her, and he gets out of line also and comes and gives me a hug, then says to Mrs. Luginbill, "wait, I have to give my other mom a hug too..." and gets out of line to give Karen a hug...we all laughed, including the teacher...
so, I am off to give Mrs. Sherman a hand at the preschool...
got Zoe from school, and since it is Bosses day at the preschool, took Zoe there, as they are having a small party...OMG I had the best pumpkin roll ever, Lisa Sherman made it...I NEED THAT RECIPE...
Zoe loves going to FUMPS, to see her old teachers, etc...she also likes to help Mom clean up the playground, etc...she likes the feeling of being the big kid on campus...all the kids in Mrs. Sherman's class said, "hey I know you, you are Zoe..."
she got a green ticket...
