Grandpa is taking us to school every day, right now, since I have been sick and it is a little better not to have to walk...

we sang the V song and did some more V things for the letter of the week...

I played with GAby today and got a green ticket...today was pizza in the cafeteria but I still took my lunch...

after my nap, I went over to Grandma's house and helped decorate her trees, can you believe she has 6 trees??? some of them are small ones, but she even has one in the bathroom...in the computer room, she has only disney decorations...that one is one of my favorites...in the playroom, is my pink princess tree...
then, I helped Uncle Min Min put bows on all of the presents...

also, I am done with my homework, it was easy...

Ok, we are caught up, today is the real date...YEAH...

Grandma: last month, I was helping at the preschool, and saw a little girl wearing the cutest dress...we looked at the tag of her dress and saw that it was made by Flapdoodles...so, I went onto ebay and found the dress, but at the last minute, I was outbid...but, then I forgot about it...so, yesterday Samantha comes home from work and has the dress with her in Zoe's size...Lisa Sherman found the dress at Costco and bought it for Zoe...(thanks Lisa)...and it looks so cute on her...
Grandpa drove Zoe to school as I don't think she is 100% better, still coughing and I don't want her walking in the cold...
she looks so happy in the picture, doesn't she??? she certainly is not a morning person...

wanted to add something she said yesterday that was kind of cute...she stayed home from school for being sick, but Grandpa took her with him to get tacos for lunch...they get home and she got a quesadilla (?) and as she was unwrapping it, she stops and holds both hands up, like she is mad and said, "can you believe this, I just paid them good money for this quesadilla, for them to make the cheese melt on the outside of the tortilla?" I thought that was cute...

got Zoe from school, and Mrs. Luginbill asked if I could make 40 cookies for Friday, OF COURSE...she said that she can buy them if I can't make them, and I get to go help decorate them with the class...

Zoe: I played with Delia and Gaby today, and was a good girl and got a green ticket...
the letter of the week is V and the song is about volcanoes and Valentine's day, it is cute...

after nap, when Daddy got home we went to Tom's farm to see all of the Christmas lights, we took a train ride and it was fun...

Today is Friday and Zoe is visibly sick...she coughed all night and she has a slight fever, so I am keeping her home today...a bunch of little girls were supposed to go to the movies this afternoon, so I went up to the school to let them know Zoe is sick...Mrs. Luginbill said that Delia had told her that her other grandma (me) would not be picking her up today, and the teacher thought that was cute...

So, onto Saturday...today is the other Zoe's birthday party, and Zoe's fever is gone so we went to the party anyway and just told Zoe to stay away from babies...it was at the bowling alley and they did have a really good time...our Zoe can bowl pretty good, but the other Zoe kept making strikes...

Today is Thursday...

Grandma: think Zoe is getting sick, but we hate her missing school, since they learn so much every single day in that class...
Took Sian with me to get Zoe from school, and she gets so excited to see her cousin...
Got there in time to see them get back to class from ELD, when all of the classes congregate on the playground, you actually see how many kindergarteners there are (5 classes of at least 20 a piece)...
Samantha had lunch bunch, so we took Zoe to FUMPS so she could eat lunch with Zoe...

grandma...once again it is absolutely freezing in the morning here...need to buy mittens...got Zoe some, but I really need some also...going to be in the low 80's in the afternoon...
grandpa had to be up early this morning for a doctor's appointment, so I had him drive us...
Zoe did not want to go to school today and was very clingy in line and did not want to let go of me, not sure what this is about...
Delia was there when we got there, but she was hanging on to Mrs. Luginbill, and wouldn't let go, even when Zoe wanted her to play with her, but surprisingly Rose did leave her mom to play with Zoe when asked...even Rose's mom was surprised when they ran off to play...Rose did keep looking back to make sure mom was still there...
Zoe is eating cafeteria food today, it is stuffed pizza, that is the only thing she will eat in the cafeteria...

Zoe: I got a green ticket today...I palyed with Gaby and Cailey and Delia...we are learning about the letter D this week, and we know a nice song about Dudley the Duck...

Today is Tuesday, December the 5th...Getting closer to Christmas...

Grandma: so, it was soooooooooooo cold this morning, but we don't know how to correctly dress this poor little girl, cause it is supposed to be in the 80's later on in the afternoon...Zoe wore a really cute Baby Lulu long sleeved thermal baby doll dress with tights, but she complained in the cold that her legs were freezing...she wore her heavy disney princess coat, but also needed my fleece jacket that Tim just bought me...the second that we got to school, she immediately took off all of the jackets and ran to play with her friends...
when we walk, especially by ourselves, as Valerie and Mark did not want to walk, I hear some really good stories about friends and just life in general...when I asked her if she wanted to tell her teacher about the cat chewing on her gingerbread house, she said, "I want her to know, but you are telling her, and I will tell you exactly what to say..."
and she proceeded to tell me just how my sentence should go...
Today is the other Zoe's birthday, and our Zoe had to tell her Happy Birthday...we gave her a pin that said she was the birthday girl, but it broke the minute her mom put it on her...

Zoe: I played with Gaby and Cailey today...we chased dino boy around the playground, he is in Mrs. Nelson's class, but we all like to chase him...
I was good and got a green ticket today...
for lunch I had a sandwich, chex mix and yogurt...I didn't used to eat yogurt, but Gaby does and now I like it too...it was messy today and I got it on my dress and even in my hair bow...
the letter of the week is D and today we made a cute picture with a duck on it, and my Grandma got to see my picture, cause it was on top of everyones...
After kindergarten, we had to go to FUMPS cause Mommy has to stay for lunch bunch, but I get to go and eat a second lunch that Grandma packed for me and Mommy and I get to see my very favorite person in the world, Mrs. Sherman...when I got there I saw Gage who was in my 4 year old class....he was there with his mommy getting his little sister, Rory...

Mommy and me walked home from FUMPS, and I was so tired, so we took a long nap and when we got up, I helped Grandma with someof her Christmas decorations...we decorated the front porch, it looks so cute, like a gingerbread house...then, Grandma let me go throught all of her Christmas ornaments, and she's got soem really cute ones...

See you tomorrow...

So, today is really December the 4th, a Monday...

Today I am going back to Zoe telling her own story on her blog, not sure how it got turned around to me telling it...

This morning, Daddy went to work late, cause Mommy needed a ride to her work, so they took me to school, and I didn't walk with Grandma...most times I like to walk, but sometimes it is cold...so it was a little nice to have a ride...Mommy had to leave me there early before the bell rang, and Mrs. Luginbill was on the playground, so Mommy asked her if she could leave me with her, and my teacher said yes...I tried giving Mommy puppy eyes, but it did not work...
I was a good girl at school and got a green ticket...I took my lunch, Grandma got me the kind of yogurt that Gaby brings to school and I ate all of my lunch, it was so good...I also had the lunchable nachos...I played with Gaby, Juliette, Cailey and Delia...
Grandma came and picked me up, and Sian was with her...she always gets so excited when she sees me...Mrs. Luginbill talked to my Grandma about the class painting shirts like we did in preschool, that will be such fun...
After school, we went to Mommy's work, and Grandma dropped Sian and me off, and she went home to get her food ready, cause it is the Christmas party at FUMPS...I had to go to child care, and I was not real happy, but during the party, Grandma came and got me and took me to the grown up party for a little bit and that was fun...I even got to eat some bread and butter and had some grown up cookies...then the child care lady came and got me to play on the playground for a little while...
When we cam home from the party, I had to take a nap, cause Mommy and Daddy are going shopping and they don't want me to see what they are getting me, so Grandma is babysitting me...
So, Grandma got me the laptop dinner from KFC, but I was not real hungry...but, Grandma also got me a really cool surprise...A GINGERBREAD HOUSE THAT I GOT TO DECORATE...she helped me of course, and it turned out so nice, I love it and am leaving it at Grandma's house for Santa to see on Christmas Eve...later Grandma came and told me that she caught the cat nibbling at MY HOUSE...can you believe that??? She said that she put the house up high so the cat can not get at it again...
After we did the decorating, Grandma and me took a walk to see Christmas decorations and they are all so nice...I rode my scooter and then I raced home to beat Grandma...I tricked Min Min and said that dogs got out and were trying to get Grandma....but I was only joking...
On our walk I told Grandma that when I am 7, I would like her to buy me a cocker spaniel puppy for my birthday and I will name her Rose, cause I only want a girl dog...I would really like her to have babies, but I will only hold the new puppies, when they have a bath and all of the yuccy stuff is washed off of them...
I told Grandma that the teacher was telling us what to do if there is an earthquake, and we have to get under our chairs, and when we practiced, I bumped my head with someone elses head and it hurt, but I did not cry...
Grandma came and tucked me in for the night, I love it when she does that...
Night night for tonight and I will see you tomorrow...

I am going to combine Monday thru Friday, the week after Thanksgiving...

So, Monday was so hard to get up and walk to school, and along with that it is very very cold here...on Monday, we did not dress Zoe all that warm, and so, she wanted my sweater while walking...but, I will do just about anything for this little girl, including giving up my jacket, but I was freezing when we finally got there...then the little darling takes off my jacket, and then also her own and runs off with her friends...
I went to help Mrs. Sherman, and Zoe was jealous that I went, oh well...then Samantha had to stay for lunch bunch, so Zoe got to go anyways...
Tuesday, thinking of the day before we dressed Zoe really warm, and then it turned out not to be as cold as Monday, so she wanted to take her jacket off right away...and I even had mittens and a scarf on her...CAN I DO ANYTHING RIGHT???????
the rest of the week went about the same, as for the weather, I would much rather have her too warm than too cold...
Wednesday, after school...Grandpa and Zoe had a date and went to see Happy Feet and they both said that they loved it...
on Friday, after school and a nap, we were going to take Zoe to RCC for a Frosty party, it had been Delia's mom's idea (her mom is deaf and she signed to me at school that she probably wouldn't be going as she had to watch 7 kids that day, but we could take Delia if we wanted to...)
so, we went and Delia met us there...it was such a good time...for only $2 per person, they had pizza, so many art projects that we didn't do them all, and prizes...it was a good night...then Brant and Sam and Zoe went to Barnes and Noble, as the principal from Magnolia was going to be there for a fund raiser, telling stories in his jammies...they said that they had a good time...
turns out that Delia just lives right around the corner from us...her mom at Zoe's party had signed to Brant that she has 5 kids, and Delia is the only hearing one in the family and she really would like her around more hearing people, so we are going to invite her over to play...we have a movie date set up for a bunch of girls from the class to see Charlotte's Web on Friday, and hopefully, Delia can go also...

all week, green tickets...letter of the week was J
on Friday, I helped Mrs. Luginbill with photocopying and got to eat lunch with Zoe...it was burgers and very surprisingly, she ate it...
